• 2016-11-18: Defended his PhD thesis in medicine on the topic "Functional changes in urinary, sexual, and anorectal systems after radical surgical treatment of rectal cancer."
• Since 2020: Associate professor at Vilnius University.
• Since 2022: Expert at the Cyprus Research Council, later in Latvia and Poland.
• Since 2025: Head of Surgical Oncology department
• Has trained at leading medical institutions in the USA, South Korea, Japan, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and other countries.
• Co-author of more than 200 ISI-indexed scientific articles (H-index: 31) and 3 scientific chapters.
• Author of over 30 invited presentations at international conferences abroad.
• Co-author of the scientific monograph "Oncological Diseases of the Anal Canal: Diagnosis and Treatment."
