General Guidelines

Category General Guideline
Oral Presentation / Rapid Oral Presentation The presenting author is required to deliver the presentation in person during the session and participate in the Q&A session.
Video Presentation / Rapid Video Presentation Only a select number of shortlisted video abstracts will be presented in person and will participate in the Q&A session.
E-Poster Presentation Only a select number of shortlisted poster abstracts will be presented in person and will participate in the Q&A session.
E-Poster Display The Poster (in JPG) will be displayed on the website and on-site digital boards.

Presentation Format & Specification

All presenters for oral, rapid oral, and video presentations must be physically present for their session and prepared to participate in the live Q&A.

The video must include a voice-over, but it should not contain any background music. This ensures the video can be played on the digital board and on YouTube. During your presentation, your voice-over will be muted, and you will be expected to deliver a live presentation based on the submitted video.

Rapid Video Presentation
