Dr. Supakij Khomvilai is a leading surgical endoscopist and colorectal surgeon based in Bangkok, Thailand. He currently serves as the Director Chief of the Colorectal Surgery Division and the Surgical Endoscopy Department at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. With over two decades of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Khomvilai specializes in advanced lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, image-enhanced endoscopy (IEE) including Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), and complex therapeutic interventions such as Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR), Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD), and colonic stenting.

Dr. Khomvilai earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University in 2000, where he subsequently completed his residency in General Surgery (2006) and a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery (2009). Committed to advancing his technical expertise, he underwent rigorous international subspecialty training at world-renowned centers:
Japan: Visiting Fellow at Kyushu University Hospital (2007); Observing Fellow at the National Cancer Center, Tokyo (2009); and intensive ESD training (MTEC, Tokyo).
United States: Research Fellow at the Digestive Disease Institute, Cleveland Clinic, Ohio (2010), followed by an observing fellowship at the University of Minnesota (2011).
