Prof. June Young Choi In 2002, he completed a Bachelor's degree at the Seoul National University College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. Later, in 2018, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the same institution. Now he’s working at Department of Surgery, Seoul National University Bundang Hospital since 2013. He has made significant contributions to medical research, with a total of 140 published papers at the present. Notable among these are his works on innovative techniques, such as the paper "Novel method to save the parathyroid gland during thyroidectomy: Subcapsular saline injection", and the paper co-authored with Kang KH on "Robotic modified radical neck dissection with bilateral axillo-breast approach." His research interests are diverse, focusing primarily on endocrine surgery, bioinformatic analysis, parathyroid preservation, neuromonitoring, and robotic surgery, which reflects his dedication to advancing surgical techniques and improving patient outcomes.
